It’s becoming a very popular platform. Now with 1.9 Million members. So here is a run down on who they are, what they do, and who it’s for.

They are both Canadians and started the company in 2005
Their platform is now probably the biggest in the world of online marketing
What is their websites purpose.?
The main principal of their program is to help people to become Affiliate marketers.

- Learning how to promote items on YouTube
What its not trying to be.
They do not promote a get rich scheme, and do stress that it takes a lot of work and time to get any sort of income from Affiliate marketing.
It is not a MLM business ( multi level marketing )
And is not a pyramid selling system
Who is it for.?
Their site is for anyone from total beginner to advanced marketer who has an interest in making extra income, or a living from internet marketing. And has the desire to be self-employed.

What sort of information do you receive.
They have written tutorials and step by step videos on most affiliate marketing ideas. They seem to cover everything on building your first website using wordpress including whether to use a page or a post how to make a logo, how to make a header for your page, to what a widget is and how to use them and more importantly where to put them and what to put in them. Tutorials appear to cover everything you need to know with easy to follow instructions.
The platform has a huge following which is where the community lives and breathes. You can post all of your questions here and usually in no time at all receive an answer from someone who has already encountered the same problem or situation
Also, included are all aspects of. Setting up a You Tube channel, Instagram, Facebook etc. If the owners do not cover a subject then generally someone else in the community will have made a tutorial or provide written instructions.
There is a live webinar every week covering most aspects of website building.
Pros
I think that their site offers a huge amount of information for beginners or for the more experienced internet marketers. They also have a massive community of people who can help with any sort of problems you might have while setting your site up. And any other site setbacks that may crop up in the future. The community can also be a great help with content creation finding goods to promote, setting up a shop etc etc.
You can get started for free and even make two websites.
Cons
If you decide to stay you will need to upgrade to what they call their premium level and that will cost $49 a month or $359 a year. But you do get a lot for your money.
The only other downside is that you have to work extremely hard at a computer to get any satisfactory results and it will take six to twelve months or more before any sort of income will be made.
Conclusion
Wealthy Affiliate (WA) is for the person who wants to try using
the internet as a way to make extra income whether that be just some
extra cash or a full time living.
With the way the high street is changing so rapidly at the moment
and everyone buying just about everything online nowadays, You can see
why an online presence makes so much sense to so many people from all
walks of life. You just have to look around and see everyone looking at
their phones while either taking the bus, train, plane, café, restaurant, pub,
walking. People can’t leave their screens alone. So many young people
don’t watch TV anymore they just download video clips and information from
the web on their phones or iPad etc.
